the hello in gumbet was, well, less than expected. the rooms were small and run down, and let’s not even discuss the food—same thing every day, with the questionable bonus of a stomach issue. woudl ve been nice to get a complimentary upgrade or at least some recognition for enduring this. overall, just disappointing.

Had a great time with my friends! The staff was super friendly and made us feel welcome. We enjoyed playing table tennis and billiards at the hotel. It's in a great spot for exploring local shops and easy transport options too. Would totally recommend this place for a fun getaway!

The Hello Hotel offered a decent location, just five minutes from the beach, which I really appreciated. The staff always seemed eager to help, especially Murat from the bar, whose cheerful personality made my evenings enjoyable. I found the pools to be clean and a great spot for relaxation after a busy day exploring. The atmosphere was quite welcoming, and I made a few friends during my stay. Unfortunately, the food options remained pretty repetitive, lacking variety after a few days. It was frustrating to see similar meals being served, which made dining less enjoyable. some of the rooms had maintenance issues, like Wi-Fi connectivity being poor inside but decent in communal spaces. Considering these problems, I feel there’s room for improvement.

Meanwhile, dining options are fairly repetitive, with many guests noting the limited variety leading to boredom over longer stays. Wi-Fi struggles to keep a steady connection within the rooms, while being more reliable in common areas, making it a hassle for anyone needing to stay connected. The noise from nearby night clubs kicks off late, creating disturbances that can make restful sleep hard to come by.

Had a blast with friends! The staff was super friendly, and we enjoyed late-night games of table tennis and billiards. The location was perfect for exploring local shops and bars. The hotel was clean and offered good value for money. I felt safe and looked after throughout our stay.

One downside was the food. The all-inclusive drinks selection wasn’t great, and I think they could improve on that.
